RPM International Inc. (NYSE: RPM), a manufacturer, marketer and seller of various specialty chemical product lines, on Thursday announced that its board of directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.215 per share. The dividend will be payable on October 31, 2011.
RPM International currently has a high dividend yield of 4.21%. The company’s shares have a 52-week range of $17.20-$26.
RPM earlier this week also released its first-quarter financial results. The company reported first-quarter net sales of $985.9 million, representing an increase of 10.2% over the same period in the previous year. The company’s net income for the quarter was $76.8 million, representing an increase of 11.3% over the same period in the previous year.
Linn Energy LLC (NASDAQ: LINE), an independent oil and natural gas company, currently has a dividend yield of 7.82%. The company currently pays an annual dividend of $2.76.
Linn Energy shares have a 52-week range of $31.03-$41.13.
